Below is an explanation of how a migration of members to Trainin works. We first consider the Process, then explain the Template (the Excel file) and the way customers can be imported. Process - step by step

We often get the question when transferring customers: ‘How long will this take?’ The answer depends on various factors; we can get it done within 1 hour if the information (the Excel template) is provided correctly, the account is already created, and Mollie is properly activated and linked.

We recommend scheduling an appointment via Google Meet to discuss the process and answer questions before transferring members with products, scheduled payments (and possibly appointments).

Once the above is clear, we can proceed with making a plan (depending also on when you want to transition) and act accordingly.

After the first session, the template can be filled out, then a ‘test run’ can be done on the staging server (we will schedule a separate short appointment for this) and then an appointment can be made to import the members (and possibly send a welcome email).
