App & portal links (URLs)
When you create an account with Trainin, 2 unique links (URLs) are generated for you where you or your customers can log in:
- App & portal for employees:
https:/yourcompanyname-company.trainin.app
- App & portal for customers or members:
https:/yourcompanyname.trainin.app
You can find these URLs via My Company > Settings under App & portal. If you want to change the URLs, you can do so by contacting [email protected] NOTE: old URLs will no longer work.
Difference between company & customer
- App & portal for employees (company): via this link, the company can log in and manage everything, such as creating sessions, managing customers, or sending payment requests. If you have a Pro or Premium account, you can set the permissions per user.
- App & portal for customer: via this link, existing customers or members can log in and they will go to the customer environment. They can, among other things, make bookings, purchase products, download invoices, or send messages.
Setting up the App & portal
IMPORTANT: Before you send customers to your app or portal, it is wise to first set everything up in your own branding. You can easily set the name, colors, logos, and background photos of the app and portal. You can do this via Settings under App & portal.
- Name app & portal: maximum 12 characters recommended to avoid shortening
- Logo navigation app & portal: PNG file with a transparent background is recommended
- Logo app & favicon: square logo (PNG file) with a minimum size of 1024x1024 pixels
- Colors: you need to provide the colors in hex color format, e.g., #000000
