1. Linking the login portal to the website

When you create an account with Trainin, a unique link (URL) is generated for you where your clients or members can log in and go to the client environment. In this environment, they can, among other things, make bookings, purchase products, download invoices, or send messages.

You can link this URL to a 'Login' button on your own website, so that clients or members who click on this button are directly taken to the customer environment.

When a customer goes to the link of the customer environment on their smartphone, they get the option to save the app. For more information, see this link.

2. Widgets - booking module / schedule

There are various widgets that you can place on your own website. A widget is, for example, a specific component, such as a schedule, that you can place on your own website using an HTML code. The widgets can be easily integrated into a Wordpress, Webflow, Joomla, Squarespace, or Wix website.

You can find the various HTML codes for the widgets through Integrations. Below is an example of the booking module widget.

Important: the widgets are ideal for welcoming new clients, existing clients often save the app or use the login link on your website (see 1). Existing clients do have the option to log in directly when making a booking or purchasing a product via a widget.

The set colors for your portal & app are also used in the widget, so that your branding is automatically adopted in the widget.

Furthermore, you can always adjust the width and height so that the widget fits better on your website. The height is set to 650px by default.

Below are the different booking module widgets explained:

2.1. Booking module of all activities

Option 1 is a booking module or schedule of all activities (group activities and private activities) that you can display on your site. Additionally, you have the option to show the group activities, such as group lessons, in a list or schedule view on desktop. On mobile, the list view will always be applied. New clients can directly see which sessions they can book or request via the booking module.
