Members can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, or end their own membership online. They do this from the Products page in the app. This page explains what the feature does, why it is needed and what you need to arrange as a business.

It covers two consumer rights. Both are already in force, but until now a member could not use them in Trainin themselves.
The 14-day right of withdrawal. Anyone who buys something online may undo that purchase within 14 days. Since 19 June 2026, an online seller has to offer a button for this, so the buyer no longer needs to send an email or fill in a form. This comes from EU rules, so it applies in every EU country.
Cancelling online. A member who signed up for a membership online must be able to cancel it online too. Not by phone or through an email address, but the same way they signed up.
As a business, you are the seller. The legal obligation is yours, not Trainin's. But if a member buys in our app and there is no button there, you cannot comply. This feature lets you comply without building anything yourself.
It also saves work: cancellations no longer go through email or the front desk, and the end date is calculated correctly for you.
On the Products page in the app, each product card shows at most one button. Which one depends on the purchase:

After tapping the button, the member first sees a confirmation screen:
After confirming, the member always gets a confirmation email, even if they switched their notifications off. The law requires this. In a family account, a parent can also do this for a child.
