On this page you’ll find the manual of the app for your clients and members.

Intro

Both on your smartphone and desktop, you can go to all the different pages. However, the navigation on the app is different from the navigation on desktop. The biggest difference is that via the app you can only go to Bookings and Products via Home, on desktop you can go to Bookings and Products via Home as well as the navigation bar. Coaching is additionally only visible if files/links/forms have been shared with you.

1. Home

When you log in, you come straight to Home. Besides seeing your own name and possibly the group you belong to, the following is displayed:

Incoming - if you have an outstanding payment request it will be displayed.
Bookings - the first 3 bookings or requests are displayed. You can click on a booking for more information. You can also click on 'View more' to go to Bookings.
Products - if you have an active product, it will be displayed. You can also click on 'View all' to go to Products.
Notifications (PRO) - important messages shared by company.

Furthermore, you can go to Profile via Home on your smartphone. Here you can edit and set your profile details. More info about Profile is given at the bottom of this page.
