When your native app has been submitted and approved by Apple and Google, customers or members can download your app via the App Store and Google Play Store.
We recommend mentioning the URLs of your app in the App Store and Google Play Store in the welcome email and on your website. Additionally, customers or members can also find the app by searching for your app name.
When a customer goes to the URL of the customer environment on their smartphone, namely https://yourcompanyname.trainin.app
, they get the option to save the web app. This URL is, for example, communicated in the welcome email, and you can also put it on your website if desired.
The web app cannot be downloaded via Google Play or the App Store.
Important: make sure the app logo and name are set first.
